We want you to love Supascribe — no hard feelings if it's not the right fit. This policy explains how refunds work.

## 1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

- **Risk-free period:** If you cancel within **30 days** of your first payment, we will refund 100% of that payment — no questions asked.
- **How to request:** Email **hello@supascribe.com** from your account address with **"Refund"** in the subject line and we'll take it from there.

## 2. Refunds After 30 Days

Payments older than 30 days are **non-refundable**. You may still cancel at any time to stop future billing, and your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

## 3. What Happens Next

1. **Review:** We confirm your eligibility — usually within **one business day**.
2. **Issue:** Approved refunds are processed via Stripe.
3. **Processing time:** Your bank or card issuer may take **3–10 business days** to post the funds.
4. **Plan change:** Once the refund is initiated, your subscription is immediately downgraded to the **Free** plan.
