1. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

  • Risk‑free period: If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund 100 % of that payment—no questions asked.
  • How to request: Email [email protected] from your account address with “Refund” in the subject line and we’ll take it from there.

2. Refunds After 30 Days

Payments older than 30 days are non‑refundable. You may still cancel at any time to stop future billing, and your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Still feel free to reach out if you're really not happy and we can see how we can help.


3. What Happens Next

  1. Review: We confirm your eligibility—usually within one business day.
  2. Issue: Approved refunds are processed via Stripe.
  3. Processing time: Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the funds.
  4. Plan change: Once the refund is initiated, your subscription is immediately downgraded to the FREE plan.
