We want you to love Supascribe — no hard feelings if it's not the right fit. This policy explains how refunds work.

#1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Risk-free period: If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund 100% of that payment — no questions asked.
How to request: Email [email protected] from your account address with "Refund" in the subject line and we'll take it from there.

#2. Refunds After 30 Days

Payments older than 30 days are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time to stop future billing, and your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

#3. What Happens Next

Review: We confirm your eligibility — usually within one business day.
Issue: Approved refunds are processed via Stripe.
Processing time: Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the funds.
Plan change: Once the refund is initiated, your subscription is immediately downgraded to the Free plan.
